        I switched from Firestone to a place closer to my side of town. The team at Scotts was courteous and professional; they kept me updated on repairs promptly. Service Writer Ashley was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was driven home in a courtesy shuttle and offered a pickup. They explained the cost of the work after the inspection and before they started, and my final cost was less than what they quoted. I will certainly go back.
