These guys came out to board up our windows after someone crashed into them. They came at 1:00 in the morning, I did not need to stay while they worked, and that did an excellent job! Very professional, quality work and a great attitude, especially at 1:00 AM!

If anyone ever has a water emergency at their house, give McKenzie Spafford​ a call at HRS. Our washer malfunctioned, and overflowed, flooding a portion of our finished basement. We used a shop vac and steam cleaner to get up the water as fast as we could and ran fans on the areas, but for the next couple of days it was still wet and we continued to use the steam cleaner and fans. It began to smell funky, and we worried about mold, so we made inquiries, and HRS contacted us back immediately. We scheduled a visit and McKensie visited. He used a reader and infared camera to show us that our drywall was still wet around our baseboards and gave us different options for what we could do on our own vs. what they would do and provided an estimate. He was extremely candid about everything and in the end, we decided to do the work on our own, which I certainly appreciated, since it would've all come in below our insurance deductible. Anyway, I wanted to share this since often home contract professionals aren't always the most ethical people in the world. Services: Mould inspection, Water damage cleanup

Overall I had a bad experience with HRS. Save yourself a lot of time, stress, and money and use a different company.
