The chicken is the best! We cater from this restaurant often and they are always very accommodating and everyone in the office loves the food! Even the beans are amazing!

Awful customer service! Placed an order today and they cancelled it because they ran out of chicken. The owner then called me and hung up ON ME!! I was telling her ( as expected ) that I was disappointed because they cancelled my order. And SHE got mad at me then asked if I was Peruvian what does that have anything to do with anything?? Big disappointment! How do you run a business with 0 customer skills. I had called earlier inquiring about delivery and they knew NOTHING about what they offer in their own website. She brushed me off saying she was busy and to figure it out myself on THEIR website. Then I make the order and she calls me and tells me they cancelled (ran out of chicken what a joke) And that she world have told me not to make an order if I had told her I was going to make one. I was in shock then I tell her I was dissapointed and she gets angry and hangs up on me. Really not worth it. I have tried the chicken and it's ok different but for being treated like this is not worth it. Do not order from them. Update for the response from the owner: YOU NEVER OFFERED TO WAIT. You said and I quote "we didn't think we would get orders, no chicken you won't be charged bye.. you hung up ME!" The review is about the way you treated me, being a customer and being in the US (not PERU) you expect to receive a good customer service, which you did not provide, you hung up on ME, never offered other solution than a dessert, from the start you told me you were busy and couldn't answer my questions by phone, and to figure out your web order MYSELF. Of course I will complain, thats what GOOGLE is for.
