Paula is the best! Her work is amazing. I am so grateful to have met her! She has helped me get through some tough times, and really ease my anxiety and sadness, so I can move forward positively and successfully in my life. She is a kind, sincere, caring and intuitive person, and extremely passionate and experienced with her work. Paula is absolutely amazing. She is calm, grounded and very connected. I went through her program April-July and am now realizing how much I have progressed mentally since. I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a holistic, mind-body-soul approach to therapy. Her sessions have helped me become more present, mentally sound and happy in my own life. I cannot rave enough about Paula Robbins! There's something so magical about her and her approach. I love her maternal demeanor which makes me feel relaxed, safe and inspired.  I have seen Paula 1 time in the last few years- yes you read that correctly- 1 time.  And my life has changed dramatically with this 1 session.  She gave me suggestions and homework - which I did 100%. I have since created the abundance I so desperately needed and I have passed along her suggestions to friends/family which has also helped them- but that's just as sliver compared to experiencing her in a private session. I am already planning my next session with her now that I am heading into the next chapter :)

Paula helped me so much in my teenage years. Every time I left feeling lighter and more open-hearted and connected. No matter what topic I bring to the table, my depression and anxiety have eased incredibly as a result of the gentle and powerful space she is able to hold in combination with my ability to trust and relax into a meditative space. Now, five + years later, I've found myself unable to process some difficult life events and emotions on my own. I was racking my brain for possible professionals to help me when Paula's name popped into my mind. When I came in, it was like we just picked right up where we left off. I left with that same feeling of renewal, as if a huge weight had been lifted from me and dissolved. It felt like sessions-worth of therapy in one sitting. I'm so grateful to have Sunrise Hypnotherapy as an outlet that has guided me throughout my developing years. As a very sensitive and discerning introvert with high standards for who I let in, I would highly recommend Paula to anybody. You'll feel the love emanating right away. You can't help but leave feeling uplifted, having reconnected with your own source of healing and light.
