Way overpriced for the job they do. We were kind of in a hurry to move into a new house and made the mistake that we didn't shop around for different carpet cleaners. Later we found many other carpet cleaners would do the same job for about half the price. The quality of work they did was fine but not worth the price they charged.

We just bought a new house that was professionally cleaned before Good Hands came in. I wanted to clean the carpets prior as the previous owners had dogs. I was really excited to try them out looking at the reviews. He got there around 9:30 and said he would be done around 12:15. My husband came back around noon and he was already gone. I came to the house the next day and found that there were still vacuum marks from when the cleaners came. So I'm not sure how thorough he was cleaning. Again, vacant house with professional cleaners before the carpet cleaning job - see photos. You can still see the vacuum marks! My dad cleaned carpets for about 25 years and as a young adult I would help him with hoses and water, etc. So again, not sure how thorough he was ‍
