i called in thursday nov 13 to make an appointnent. to get checked for chest pain.the facility could not take in. i do have insurance and pay the copay.i was put off until monday nov 16. to make the long story short. i took a trip to castlepines and on a walkin basis was seen and immediateley sent to theadventist hospital. how terrible i had a heart attack for gods sakeno walkins emergency help please let me know. this is the hardest test of life or death

I went to the urgent care and was seen fairly quickly for something burning my eye. I was told I probably should have gone to an eye doctor. Also the doctor that saw me went and took a phone call without washing her hands when she returned. I'm also a regular patient here and always expect to wait 45 minutes beyond your 'appointment' time to be seen. The doctor really enjoys talking about himself and telling stories, now I see why wait times are so long. Also expect to be nickle and dimed' here...

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! RUDE STAFF AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I was seen this morning, 11/10/15 and was rushed through my exam because the Doctor who saw me, had a procedure waiting for him. He diagnosed me with bronchitis without having checked my lungs, he just heard my symptoms and wrote me several prescriptions. I have a 5 week old at home and did not want to take unnecessary medication so I went to the little clinic and all I have is a sinus infection. I called to speak with the office manager and Shelly Brown, the assistant to the CEO took my call and I explained what happened, she then said she would speak with the CEO John and I would hear back from her or him. I ended up getting a phone call from someone in "administration" names Laurie, she was very defensive and rude the minute I answered, stating she was calling to "find out what is going on!" Naturally I asked if she was the CEO or anyway associated with him, because I was told that is who was calling me back, she just kept saying, "I am calling to find out what is going on and what is the problem!" So I explained, what happened AGAIN, she then went on in a very rude manner that she is not sure why I went somewhere else, and that I was diagnosed correctly and I will not hear back from the CEO and they will still bill my insurance and IT IS WHAT IT IS! I went ahead and called Shelly back to leave her a message about the phone call and inquire as to why she was not the one who called me back, I have a feeling I won't hear anything back, so I figured I would share my experience, such a terrible morning.

Don't like being double billed or treated rudely? Go elsewhere! Been going here about a year, a while back I went in and they said I owed $45 for an Xray, no biggie paid it. Went in again and another $45 owed (on top of my co pay), this time for "urgent care" , now mind you that's how I've been seen all but one time and only been billed my $35 office visit or $45 urgent care. The extremely nasty and rude billing lady told me I was being billed for both for 1 visit! I advised her that I had never been double billed before. She continued to insist that I had to pay twice for the same visit, I again re-iterated that not only had they never done that prior but that neither had the other urgent care I use by my work, her response? "then pay us $45 and go somewhere else" nice customer service.
