We hired Ben to sod and redo our backyard that had been ruined by the previous owners. The work was completed quickly and efficiently at the end of the summer 2021. At first we were very satisfied, however, we began to experience issues with the sprinkler system they installed and it was not covering the whole lawn. The lawn began to die and I reached out in every possible way, email, phone and even went in person to their office AFTER it moved to a completely different location in parker. (Previously located in Castle Rock) I have had to spend hundreds on reseeding my lawn and replacing sod with drought resistant ground cover. All of which should have been covered by my year warranty. I have repeatedly reached out since then and now, almost a year later the situation has not changed. I have basically been ignored, until I threatened with a bad review. The excuse that was given: "this is the first time I have seen this email". Upon finally establishing contact, they assured me that we could get a reimbursement for the time and money I have put into the lawn since the initial work, but once again have gone dark. I feel like I have been very patient and understanding, but this is completely unacceptable, even for a small business. I hope this can be a word of caution for future customers. The project was honestly a dream start to finish. There were some weather delays and some design corrections we had to work through, but Matt the general manger was always immediately responsive and would be over at a moments notice to make sure everything was done to our liking. I have referred Renovations to all my friends with landscape and hard scape projects and I hope to add the fire feature to my yard next season! Thank you Ben, Matt and the team for making our dream backyard come true! See you all next year!

Really liked our final product that we got from them. The design process was a little clunky and we ended up adding things as we went, but we loved our project manager, Matthew. Once he took over, I knew we were in good hands. We added a stamped concrete patio (they really helped us find the right color combo), a new retaining wall, a side walkway, new sod, new sprinklers and new greenery. They were very efficient and worked super hard to get a giant project done quickly and with professional quality. Our before and after pictures are amazing! We used Renovations to design and install a brick paver patio, cedar pergola and numerous trees, bushes and plants in the backyard of our newly constructed house in March, 2022. Their crew was competent and hardworking, and their attention to detail on the brick patio and pergolaand with the paver stepsmet my high expectations. I felt their quality and price produced a very high value. And, they have diligently followed up afterwards to fix small things, replace trees that died (we had excessive prolonged heat), and to generally ensure our total satisfaction. Ben is a true professional and easy to work withalthough sometimes a bit tardy in responding. We have recommended Renovation to our neighbor, and they just completed an absolutely stunning transformation in their back yard. UPDATE 5/13/22: The company responded and are fixing the few minor issues we have. Again, per my original post, we were very happy with their work. Minor issues will happen and they are now being fixed. UPDATE 5/11/22: unfortunately, we have experienced some issues and Ben has been unresponsive. We have reached out multiple times with no text or call back. We were really happy with the original product then we realized issues. If Ben would just respond and talk to us we wouldnt have had to change our rating. ***original***We recently had our backyard completely renovated by Ben and his team. They were professional, timely, and did an amazing job. We are extremely happy with the final product. They demoed our existing concrete and replaced it with stamped concrete (which looks awesome)! They also put in a retaining wall, pergola, fire pit, built in grill, new sod and plants, playground area, and bocce ball court. Our backyard looks completely different and we couldnt be happier with how it turned out! Thanks again Ben, Antonio, Chewy and the rest of the crew !!!!!
