Bright Now! Dental

This is the worst dentist office that I have ever been to. The dentist pulled 11 teeth at the same time, 3 of which were to be surgically removed. I was given no gas, to little novocain, no choice in choosing the color for my dentures and the temporary never fit right. Before the permanent denture was made the dentist quit. The permanent denture never fit and when I called for a follow up appointment, I was hung up on. I paid $4000.00 on top of my insurance for no teeth. The dentist should have tried to save the good teeth rather than pulling them all so that he could put in a denture. And the nightmare continues.

There are very nice people that works at this dentist office. They are easy to get alone with and they will do whatever they can to help u with your bill. The dentist there works great! He goes about his work and do a great job! I had a few shots to take and didnt feel them much. The desk ladies are very nice. But its a lady there that hears everything u say even from the very back room. If u dont want anyone to know anything dont say it while shes working!!!

Disappointed. New patients here and we show up they took xray but they cant do the cleaning since there is no hygienist. And they said they will put us in a list and call when they have one? Like, you could have rescheduled us and not waste anymore vacation hours to go back again.

I can not rave enough about this Bright Now Dental location here in Castle Rock. The staff is impeccable and exceeded my expectations. I called and was scheduled immediately. Came in and filled out the paperwork and was brought back right away with maybe a two minute wait. Moni who took all my X-rays was a delight to converse with during imo the most uncomfortable part of the visit. Shes precious and very friendly/outgoing for the job! Once X-rays were taken I was led into a different exam room where I met Dr. Veerappan who was a pleasure as well. He went over my X-rays with me and devised a treatment plan. Upon checking out the front desk assistant manager Lashanda along with Yuri the office manager were both lovely. Just all in all a fantastic experience. My husband wouldnt book until I checked it out first. Now he will come here.
