Castle Valley Dental

I am sad to be writing this review, but feel it is necessary for future customers. My wife and I had gone to this practice for around 10 years. Then as our daughter got older, she went too. For the first 7-8 years, the Houser brothers were great. The hygienists were good, but seemed to change frequently. We never had major dental needs...just routine stuff and it was fine. Then problems started with hygienists and one doctor. No need for the details other than to say the dental problems never got resolved which resulted in escalating expenses, procedures, and visits to other doctors to resolve the dental problems. These issues and pain dragged on for 1+ YEARS. Lastly, when my wife finally gave feedback to the office manager recently, there was no resolution offered. No contact from the doctors. So, they lost 3 patients who had great insurance and paid on time. We moved on.

The staff call you by name when you come in. The Dentists are friendly and great with kids. Dr. Houser is does a great job of explaining everything and making you feel comfortable. I cant recommend Castle Valley enough.

I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Castle Valley Dentistry. Every single staff member I have had contact with is amazing. Devon and Jordan in the front office are angels. I work specifically with Emily and Dr. Ryland, and they have been the most supportive, truly wonderful souls. I had a pretty tough situation, and everyone has made me feel at home and comfortable there. They all go above and beyond. I truly can't recommend CVD enough.

Love this dental office. Literally everyone here is so accommodating and nice. Ive had a lot of dental work done and always with good results! If youre looking for a dental office, look no further. This is your place..

Excellent dentist. Everyone is friendly at this office. It was easy to get scheduled. The hygienist is great too. Dentist is a good listener and nice. Highly recommend.
