Whether your child is nervous about visiting the dentist, or they have special healthcare needs, we are here to support your little one throughout their health journey.Our offices are equipped with the latest dental technology, so we can provide the most precise and comfortable care possible. We also have cozy seating, private rooms, and TVs for your entertainment. To give our patients a more pleasant and tranquil experience, we offer blankets and headphones, and we practice thoughtfulness, compassion, and kindness with all of our patients. Local Pediatric Dentistry You Can Count OnOur Castle Pines dental office is located at 361 Village Square Lane, Suite 110, and our Highlands Ranch dental office is located at 6660 Timberline Road, Suite 240. Both practices have ample parking, including handicapped parking spaces near the front of our buildings. We are open Monday through Friday and are available day or night for emergency dental care. When I originally contacted their front office, one of my first questions was if they took my insurance. The response was "it depends on your employer", "we're a 'speciallist' with [XYZ] insurance" and "we work with [XYZ] insurance everyday". I assumed (yes, my fault) this meant that Sierk Children's Dentistry was In-Network with my insurance. After my son's cleaning & two fillings I was faced with a patient responsible bill far exceeding my expectations. A quick call to my insurance informed me that Sierk Children's Dentistry was in fact out-of-network and was not covered as much as in-network.
While I know this falls into the buyer-beware category, I do believe it was quite deceptive on Sierk's part to lead me to believe they were in-network with my insurance. Sierk violated my (misplaced) trust with deceptive - almost bait-and-switch - tactics. I'm very disappointed.
Evidently according to Google Reviews, I'm not the first to complain about Sierk's front desk/billing deceptive tactics.
