        Do not buy in this community. Terrible customer service!! We bought a spec home and there have been several problems. No one accepts responsibility and they don’t even respond . Horrible management , try to avoid this builder.

        We have purchased 6 other homes during the past 50 years. This is the worst builder that we have encountered. They are slow to respond or nonresponsive to problems/issues, do not communicate well w/homeowners, and the workmanship is poor. The entire experience has been less than satisfying and we would not purchase from this builder again.
