Cornerstone Land Surveying

I’d give them zero stars if it were an option. They don’t answer phone calls or follow through. We’ve been trying to get our vacate lot line complete with this company for 6 months. Nothing ever gets done. We stopped by the address listed as their business three times because you can’t reach them. Each time we were promised they’d get the job done. 6 months later and they have accomplished nothing. Total waste of our time.

Matt surveyed my property more than 4 months ago. I have yet to receive the platt ( as promised ) and he has not returned any phone calls or emails. We were under contract to sell but that has been significantly delayed. Very very displeased with his service.

Cornerstone does awesome work and probably knows everything there is to know about surveying in Fremont County. Matt's experience in the area allows him to give accurate estimates and get the job done efficiently. I've worked with him on a bunch of projects and it's been great.
