Cam and Adam at City Auto Plaza were extremely helpful in purchasing our new to us Dodge Grand Caravan. They were friendly and attentive and answered all of our questions. The only thing that we would say they overlooked was in not telling us that the used Caravan only had one key and we would have to pay $300 to have a second key made. But they had the key part in stock and installed it the same day. Overall we were very satisfied with the service.

Recently bought a 2021 Jeep Compass. Just love it, Melinda and Steve both helped us, they are a great team. So, we went back and bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. We are so pleased with both purchases. Kudos to City Auto Plaza.

Melinda was very nice and helpful from the first time it rode in the lot. This was my first built to order brand new vehicle. She always took time to respond to calls or texts answer all my crazy questions about how my Jeep was coming along. Melinda was always reassuring and was able to put us at ease. I would definitely recommend speaking with Melinda for your vehicle needs

What an experience. I pulled onto the lot driving my beater Ford. Crawled out of it on crutches and looked borderline homeless. Jeremiah came right out and treated me like family. I clearly knew what I was looking for and he didnt try to steer me away to anything else. Explained the features of the truck I was looking at in a concise and efficient manor. We went inside and knocked out the numbers quickly. Didnt push to close the sale right then and there. I came back in the morning with a cashiers check and bought the truck outright. The entire crew there made me feel welcome and like family. Post sale follow ups have been absolutely amazing. They didnt get my money then forget about me. In an era where customer service has truly diminished this dealership shines above the rest. They still treat you like family and like you truly matter. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I know you pay more to go here but after going to another mechanic locally that did not repair the issues and actually let me leave with a new check engine light code. I said I'm going to the Dodge dealership to take care of my van. I have lived in Florida and Texas and has used the dealerships there. they always have a shuttle they don't have to pay for a cab or sit there and wait. The shuttle driver was friendly as well. Excellent customer service when I arrived and very detailed and informative telling you everything that they did when I picked up the van. The only thing I do wish is that on their receipt it would tell you how much the labor was for each item that they completed they break it down for the parts but they don't break it down for the labor on each service. so you can really see how much you're probably over paying. But to me at that point it was about peace of mind. I am getting ready to travel and my service comes with a 2-year warranty and I know that I can see a Dodge dealership in any state that I am in traveling. The only other recommendation would be to put those covers over your steering wheel so when the mechanics touch the steering wheel they don't get grease all over it I had a light blue steering wheel cover and had to take it off and soak it and wash it to get the grease off. Minus 1 star for the $95 charge to print the service papers.
