I just moved here. I've been looking for someone to be my go to mechanic. I found this shop with great reviews.
I called yesterday for an appointment and they said bring it tomorrow at 8am.. Which really blew my mind, everyone else is 1-2 weeks out. I arrived in my 600whp 99 cobra drag show car. I was met instantly by a tech that said "sounds fast". This didn't help me settle down. A car like this you don't leave unattended with people you don't know. I have trust issues due to the problems I had at my last shop, trying to get my truck ready to move to Colorado. The guys almost destroyed my megacab and I had to pay for i out the ***!
I walked in and was greeted by the owner, who asked " what are you in for"? I let him know, for the cobra appointment. He said "great, leave me the keys and It will take all day". I told him I wanted to stay and I'm from 20 miles away. I've tried Uber before and it doesn't work here. I asked for another appointment in which I could stay. He responded, "call a cab, it will take you anywhere in Colorado. Feeling he didn't want me to stay, I tried to tell him why I didn't feel comfortable leaving the car. He interrupted and YELLED, "if you don't trust me than I don't want to work on your car" so I walked out silently. He followed me outside yelling at me as I got in " I treat all of my customers vehicles as if they are my own"! I got in thinking, that's what I'm afraid of. I don't know you or trust you! I don't know how your drive!
I'm sorry if offended you but that was rude and down right wrong!you didn't even let me finish before you blew up. Trust must be earned. Reviews can be bought of faked. Unfortunately I'll never know if this shop is good or bad, due to be treated with disrespect.
If your new here or have fast toys that you don't want to leave unattended, this is not the shop for you.
I'll find another shop for my toys and trust.
I have felt welcomed here by everyone but this shops owner.
And now that I have read his bad reviews, yes, I was definitely met with this owners bad attitude. I won't be back!

This shop is professional, affordable and more importantly, honest. Im not worried about being ripped off or facing further damage done to my car when I leave it with them. They also get your car in and out quickly and even offer you a ride home if you need one. These gentleman go above and beyond in their industry. I wont take my car anywhere else!

Terry and his staff are great. The estimate was well and explained and they even fixed a couple of things that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend them to do the best service that they guarantee.

Only the Best brake, and Auto repair shop in the Canon City area! Used them 3 times over the years, and always tip top results! Friendly. Honest, and just nice people!
