Affordable Basement Finishing

We worked with Jessica and had an amazing experience! Starting with the proposal, Jessica took the time to measure our basement and come up with several recommended layouts and designs, and gave life to our vision. We had 1800 sq ft to play with and was able to finalize a design within our budget and stuck to it!During the construction, the team was extremely efficient and got all the work done quickly. They were extremely nice to work with and constantly kept us involved at every turn to make sure we were happy with the work along the way. (I'm a control freak so this was greatly appreciated). They were able to get the project done about 1 week ahead of schedule and we were extremely happy with the final results.

Absolutely the best experience. Quality work done and I couldn't be happier. Every aspect of the project was discussed and as a homeowner I just sat back and picked out colors and carpet. Which I wanted after agreeing to a design. They knocked it out of the park. I couldn't recommend them more. They also installed extra outlets in my garage and repaired my ceiling drywall. Their attention to detail is amazing. Even adding mulch to the egress window. Everything was cleaned up and the contractors couldn't be nicer. What an amazing company and a truly hassle free experience. We had a pleasure working with Affordable basement finishing CO for our basement finishing. These guys were very professional and did a great job! I can't speak more highly of Affordable Basement.  It has been almost exactly 1 year since our project was completed by Al and his team, and the basement is still my favorite place to be in my home.  When we first reached out to Affordable, Jessica was informative, responsive, and kind.  Not only did she start off on the right foot by addressing BOTH me AND my Wife (not just me), but Jessica also made sure that the proposal was tailored to us and everything we wanted in our ideal basement.  She assuaged any concerns I had, answered every question, and handled all of the logistics from start to finish including any necessary permits.  Al and his team were quick, efficient, easy to work with, and kept the construction area shockingly clean for a construction area.  Outside of some smaller customizations that I added as the project went, the original proposal was to the penny exactly where the project finished.  Ultimately we added a bedroom (which I converted to my home office), full bathroom with a beautiful glass shower, living room (large enough for our workout equipment and an 86" TV, and a full bar complete with sink, dishwasher, and 2 beer taps.  It is the ultimate Man Cave!  As an added final touch, Jessica came over at the completion of the project and provided us each with our first cold 6 pack for the bar.  It could not have been easier or more enjoyable to work with Jessica, Al, and everyone at Affordable.  We have already had them back to work on small projects in other parts of the house!  My Wife and I got everything we wanted and more.  We can't recommend them enough!

Affordable Basements went beyond all our expectations. They finished our large basement and almost doubled our finished square footage. They designed and completed a large bedroom with walk-in closet, a giant family room/living room, another bedroom/sewing studio and a bathroom, kitchenette and a laundry room for less than $60/sq. ft. We were given an 8 to 10 week timeline and even with snow, weather delays and supply chain problems, they finished promptly in 9 weeks. Al and Maraa were excellent. Our designer, Jessica, was readily available by phone, text, and in person. We confidently recommend them to everyone.
