The Sprint retail side was very helpful and nice to work with. I only needed an accessory but he took the time to show me all the options.

I've had several bad experiences in this Store. My worst: trying to find a simple connector that they had in stock. The Manager on Duty sounded knowledgeable and I let him talk me into something completely different.... It didn't work. I came back to exchange my connector and he was nowhere to be found. The completely helpless Sprint Staff said I could go ahead and swap the part (of equal value) as long as I left a copy of the receipt. I even included my contact info and left my business card. This kid had the nerve to call me TWO HOURS LATER (where was he for 2 hours BTW???) and threaten to charge me with theft (even though it would be recorded on their surveillance that I clearly spoke to an employee and had their permission before I left). I was appalled by his tone on the phone with me and his attitude when I came in to correct the issue was even crappier, smug and condescending.... He left his store completely unattended with no key-holding manager on-site, GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION in any Retail environment, and had the nerve to critique my actions!!! Long story short we did a refit of computers and monitors at work to the tune of $10000... guess who DIDN'T make that sale...

Popped into this radio shack in hopes of finding some hard to find camera bits and left with 2 very large bags filled with technological goodies for the whole family. The staff was kind and courteous.

Very bad, manager should be fired, he asked me not to come back into the store because I don't spend enough and ithe was hurting his business.
