This upgrade to our cadillac was first class. I am an artist, not at all inclined to install something on a car. The staff was amazing and patient. I had assistance available to me an the install went well, despite my lacking skills. Thanks M I V!

Im not quick to leave reviews, and even more reluctant to leave five star is for anything. I will make an exception here, the MVI CarPlay upgrade is more than advertised, better than described and easier than demonstrated. All I did was plug it in and Everything popped up right away. All you have to do is download apps and provide it with some type of Internet connection. I personally used a Sim card that was in an iPad (from an active account) & it worked seamlessly. Tons of apps are preconfigured, you can try your luck with other ones as well. Some will work as though they were configured and developed just for your car, while others will still function and deliver what you need to; they just may not have been formatted or configured for your specific vehicle yet. I have even used apps that were not meant to be used in a car, yet somehow they work. MVI delivered in every sense of the word, the video in motion box has transformed my driving experience into an absolute pleasure. While I dont use it when I am driving, (with the exception of audio feeds) I am a professional driver, so waiting time, downtime etc. has become fun. Now I never miss a broadcast, a ball game, an interview, or without any of my digital needs on the go. Nick and the crew at MVI were amazing. I got my item in just a few days, and they were extremely careful about being certain I received the correct model specific module, the compatibility, answered any questions promptly, before, during and after the sale. Never a need to open the interior panels of my car and fiddle around with wires and harnesses. I plug in the USB and its all right there. The only thing I would critique is they may want to rename it CarPlay Magic box because it really is magical! I cannot imagine driving around without it now. Max (Purchased March, 2022)

I ordered the 12 Ram radio from MVI. Radio arrived quickly and the instructions were very clear. I installed the new unit in about an hour without issues. Very happy!
