I live in NC and I was having trouble finding someone willing to help me install a simple key fob for my system. Every company I contacted here just wanted to sell me a new alarm system and service, they said mine was too old. I even paid someone to come out here and all they did was insist on upgrading my entire system. They refused to install the key fob. I posted a reply on a YouTube video asking for help, because the video still didn't work. Zachary, from Best Security Systems, called me out of the blue offering to help me over the phone. We spent over an hour the next day going through the steps. Zachary was very patient and didn't even offer to charge me, but I gave him some money for his time. I also ordered some glass break detectors later and he walked me through installing them too. Excellent service! They never once tried to sell me a system or service I didn't need. I would highly recommend them.

These folks are great to work with. I bought a 3CX telephone system from them for my office and it’s flawless. They reused the Cisco phones but got rid of the Cisco system so I’m not paying for the license. i know they can install the wiring if you need that done as well. Plan on returning for a security system and other services later. Very clean and highly recommended so thank you

Overall amazing experience from beginning to end! While I live in another state, he was able to help me get everything set up and was a pleasure to work with. Worlds better than ADT or anybody else.
