I have worked with Jeff and Brothers by Nature for multiple projects and will hire them again. We had BBNOC replace 170ft of 6' cedar privacy fence 12/5/22. The entire run of new fence is extremely straight and level. Posts are cemented solidly in the ground. Rails, pickets (4), and posts are uniform, straight, and very good quality. Nail pattern is uniform and consistent. The crew chose to cut several pickets off at the bottom to work around ground level tree roots - which is much preferred than raising then entire fence height. Cutting the bottom off some pickets is a slower method but produces a much better result. Having an entire fence line 3 inches above grade is not easy to manage, e.g. rabbits & rock mulch mgmt. Jeff (owner) is great to work with. He responds quickly to all texts, emails, and calls. I had a lot of questions and made several project changes before the final contract was signed and he was patient through all of it. He did not make me feel I was being too "high maintenance". His crew was respectful of our property, e.g. trees, bushes, sidewalks, etc.. His team works hard and very quickly. BBNOC isn't going to be the cheapest. They were on the higher end of the quotes I received but I had them replace 75ft of fence 2 years ago and their quality of materials and quality of work was very high. I saw photos of other fence companys product and it looks like it can be a "mixed bag". I would think that all fence companies would get their fence product from the same source but apparently not - from what I've seen. Warranty on product and labor was better than other quotes. Side notethe fence I had them replace 2 years ago had a 5ft gate added it has not sagged at all. The 75ft of fence has not warped and is straight as the day they put it in. The nails have not stained down the front of the pickets which, for me, is very ugly. Jeff & Crew, thanks for a job well done. Service: Wood fence installation

Brothers by Nature just built a pergola over an existing wooden deck. They were very responsive, polite and professional. The project was completed promptly and as I expected. I am very happy with the finished project and would highly recommend them.
