Have used High Caliber LLC twice now, and they have been outstanding. I have their contact info on speed dial now. Very professional, walked me through everything they saw that was going on and how to fix it. Addressed the issues and didn't come up with additional things that weren't relevant. Great job!

I had Louis come out for an estimate on installing outlets for remote operated shades on our deck. After reviewing what I wanted versus what was feasible, we settled on me nixing the outlets and going with hand-operated shades versus remote. I was thoroughly impressed with Louis' honesty and transparency, which ultimately saved me time and money, but took away business for him! No worries, Louis...we'll contact you next time we need electrical help, so thank you again!

Wow! I think my wife and I found our new regular electrician to service all of our needs and service needs at home now and in the future! We found ourselves in the middle of a home renovation and ran into one problem after another! Then, I called Michelle at High Caliber knowing nothing about their company and after a brief conversation, we had Louis at our home in less than two hours and all of our repairs completed under an hour! They were more concerned about our needs at the moment rather than what than providing us with a list of what they could or couldn't do and how much it to was going to cost us just to "take a look". Finally, a company that prioritizes customer service, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND High Caliber! We also can't say enough about Louis, he was amazing and even spent time talking to our oldest son about becoming an electrician, thank you Louis! I highly recommend this company. The pricing is very reasonable Their customer service is unmatched in today's world. Louis is very professional ,knowledgeable, friendly and he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and he did an awesome job!

Called them this morning with an electrical issue Iwas having. The receptionist was especially kind and professional. She managed to get me an appointment that same day. Louis one of their electricians showed up on time and promptly started to troubleshoot the problem. He was very meticulous solving the issue easily. He charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any electrical need.. I have no relationship with Louis or this company. As a local guide I never use anyone without checking the reviews on Google Maps.
