Rachel and her team were AMAZING for our wedding in August! She was so friendly, detail oriented, and on top of everything. The food was beyond delicious, and we got so many compliments from our guests. Our day would not have been the same without Rachel and High Country Catering. We would be thrilled to hire them again for any future events!

I had to plan a Celebration of Life for my late husband. We live in Florida, but family is in Colorado, so I needed to do everything long distance. I cannot say enough about Rachel! The food was amazing and she was responsive to all my questions. I had never planned an event, but she led me through the process. Although I worried (because I'm a worrier!), I didn't need to. Everything was seamless and truly could not have been any better. She is TERRIFIC

I don't know if I can say enough good things about High Country Catering. Rachel and her team were nothing short of amazing. The food is extraordinarily delicious and Rachel was so incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Picking a wedding caterer can be extraordinarily difficult and it was something that caused me and my wife too much stress. From the outset Rachel was very open and transparent with her pricing and invited us to do a food tasting before we booked with her. Once we got to know her and hangout with her during the tasting, she put so much time and effort into that tasting meal that we knew she was going to be our caterer. She also took a lot of steps to really make our wedding meal personal, such as adding seasonal ingredients and doing this wonderful peach bruschetta because my wife mentioned that she loves bruschetta. It was just a wedding meal, it was a culinary experience that was very personal. Plus she is just a delightful person! She, Abigail, and the rest of the staff worked so hard to make our day wonderful and smooth. Honestly, pick them for your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

I am a coordinator at a wedding venue in Broomfield and LOVE when I see that High Country is the caterer. Not only is the food top notch, but Rachel and her staff are so on top of it and organized. They are punctual, always ready ahead of schedule, and Rachel makes an AMAZING grazing table. Not only does the food taste great, but the food is always presented really well. Overall, as someone who has been to quite a few weddings, High Country Catering will exceed your expectations and leave your guests impressed and well fed.
