Jeff had incredible customer service. We dropped in to try to rent impossible-to-find kids bikes at the last minute. We were close but he didn’t have exactly what we needed for our young crew. Without even asking, Jeff called a competitor down the road to locate bikes for us. He is my kid’s new hero. I look forward to renting from him in the future!

These guys were courteous and most helpful. We rented 2 E-bikes (first time trying these) and one standard bicycle. My sister-in-law and I have both had rotator cuff surgery and he was kind enough to rotate the handlebars as close to the seat as he could get them making it much easier to manage the bike ride north to Frisco and back to Breck. I also recommend the snow board helmet instead of the bicycle helmet as they are much more comfortable, at least for my big head. E-bike was most helpful for my sea-level lungs to still get a work out (turning it off) and riding only with my energy, or when we got to the hills, I turned it on to help boost me over. E-bikes will be utilized again, and I may buy one as I age to stay active yet help me not blow out a gasket. Most enjoyable day.

I came to breckenridge for a vacation with my family. We were planning very short notice, so we were lucky to have found a shop with such great customer service. Stephen was incredibly accommodating and flexible. He accommodated us with free delivery, bringing the bikes to our doorstep on just a few hours notice. I am writing this review as I sit here waiting for him to pick me up roadside, after I blew a flat on the Dillon reservoir trail. I would definitely recommend this shop!

The smoothest experience ive ever had renting gear, everything was brand new. these guys are quick and knowledgeable ! Definitely coming here every time.
