The atmosphere and service are great. The location is very convenient. The food was just meh. Potatoes were dry and avocado toast was bland.

Blue Moose is the perfect locally owned gem of a breakfast spot. Breakfast is my favorite meal and the classics are done well here, but there are some true standouts: pancakes and Benedicts! The pancakes are the fluffiest pancakes Ive eaten anywhere including some famed pancake houses in Music City. Even the flavored pancakes have a light fluffy texture and great flavor depth making it easy to eat far more than you meant to. And the Benedicts shine thanks to innovative combos including Brie and bacon and small batch handmade hollandaise sauce. The drinks are amazing try the Breakfast Cereal flight and enjoy the coffee menu too. The staff is great and Tyler, the owner, is a humble and kind guy! So enjoyed chatting with him about baking. What are you even doing in Breckenridge if you dont have breakfast here?
