        Extra Storage is a great facility and located fairly close to CU Boulder. We rented a small space to store the contents of my sons dorm. The storage space is perfect and the facility is secure. The App is great, the customer support is wonderful! All in all, a great experience!

        This is a kudos for Geraldine, manager at the Arapahoe units in Boulder. We've been a long term renter with Life Storage, now Extra Space Storage. After a rent increase notice was lost in the mail, we were late for a smaller partial payment. After explaining what had happened and our long track record, she took a step to help us by getting us a lower monthly base rate. It's encouraging to see a larger corporation treat it's loyal customers right - something you don't necessairily expect. If you're looking for a storage unit in Boulder, I suggest you stop by and talk with her.

        The manager, Geraldine, was attentive, caring, and genuinely concerned with my situation. She truly went above and beyond what I'm sure she's required and I felt finally relieved to get a call regarding a late payment.. if extra storage continues this kind of service, I won't miss Life Storage at all.
