They tend to have availability on short notice, which I appreciate. However I found their billing strategy to be confusing, since I was charged the same amount for a one hour session as a 15 minute session. They explained it's due to the coding for insurance and isn't based on time in the office. It was just an unexpectedly high bill for a short follow up appointment. Note: I updated this from a 1 star review that was mostly based on an unrelated issue. A member of their upper management called me to get more detail and try to understand what happened. That shows me that they want to do better, and I hope they succeed in that.

Shanin Vowell has been an absolute godsend for me! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a practitioner who is truly interested in her patients. She has been such a help in so many ways and I look forward to our meetings. Honestly, she is beyond terrific.

Okay, but often unprofessional.. for instance appointment was 9:00 and doors locked until 9:01. No apologies for that and was not given any extra minutes going over and felt mildly robbed because I was actually early to my appointment even though the staff was late.
