It was a pleasure to work with Daniel. I have an aversion to having my photo taken. He made it a relaxing and enjoyable process and I was able to select from a handful of portraits that I was very pleased with. I highly recommend him!

I had the daunting task of arranging professional team pictures remotely, but Daniel made the process effortless. From the beginning my communication with Daniel was easy and quick. Not only that, he provided a diagram so I could share with the rest of the remote team so our pictures would come out more cohesive. No one in my team was excited to get pictures taken, and I was thrilled when I started getting praises messages on my slack channel. Here is a couple some of many: "I just want to say that I had a great time with Daniel Hirsh at West End Photography yesterday! I was expecting it to be a drag but it was a blast. Nice studio, and he was very mild and amusing which made for a nice relaxed time - even though my instinct is to tense up. I really love the best pic that we took - I want to use it or some of the other ones if I ever write a book or something. I highly recommend Daniel if you need a headshot. Many people aren’t thrilled to get their headshot, and I was previously one of those people. But it turns out the more comfortable you are during the experience, the better the pictures. Daniel knows this very well and does a great job of making the experience fun and relaxing. He is extremely skilled at using various tricks of the trade to bring out different aspects of your personality and a variety of looks. The resulting pictures will reflect your best, genuine self. I ultimately ended up with the lucky problem of having trouble deciding which photos to keep and retouch because there were a lot of great photos. His studio is conveniently located in North Boulder, just off Broadway, and is bright, spacious, comfortable and relaxing, and showcases some of his excellent work. If you are looking for a great headshot and a fun experience, look no further!
