I have had my chair since 2009, and it still looks and works like new. On the one rare occasion when I needed a reminder about how the chair's features worked, I got quick and helpful support. Both the chair and Kare are winners!

Hi Julie, You guys are the best !! I spoke with Andrew and we determined it is a faulty cylinder. I was sitting on the chair when he called so he explained how I would do it and he sent me a link to a YouTube video on replacing the cylinder. I'm writing to you today to see if you can send it to the address below. I live in Rural Vermont and have a 300 + yard driveway that can be a challenge for winter deliveries. My mail box is a third of a mile from my house and again a challenge for winter deliveries. Thank you so much for taking care of me. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly embodies customer service. Have a GREAT DAY !!!

Such a great ergonomic company. If you are looking for a very high quality ergonomic chair that will last you a long time or a sit stand desk check these people out. Super friendly and helpful staff! When they deliver your chair they take the time to teach you what all the levers do and give you a short lesson in how to properly adjust your chair to best support your needs. When you are looking to buy a chair they will let you come into the showroom and they will take the time to show you the different chairs and help you pick the one that is best for you.

While I was working in my office, my company purchased a KARE Executive Full Ergonomic chair for me since I have lower back issues. Once Co-Vid19 hit, our offices closed and I started working remotely. After a couple of months using a dining room chair, my back started acting up. I went ahead a purchased my own KARE Ergo chair, exactly like the one I had in the office. I couldn't be happier. I sit for hours working on spreadsheets. At the end of the day, I'm fine. We had also purchased one for my husband. We are a KARE family for sure! Thank you, KARE, for making such a great product.
