Front desk assistant was horrible. Pictured with this review is one of the rudest hotel employee I have encountered. Rude to my wife in a separate incident. When we walked past her in lobby I pointed her to my wife and said - that lady at front desk is less than friendly, holding my comment on what happened. She said YES, she was extremely rude to me this morning while I was going to breakfast.
So it is worth noting that this employee needs an inservice on customer service.

Stop in Brickstones bar and try the local Bloody Mary by Bootlegbetty.co it was AWESOME.
Walkability: Close to lots of shops and trails
Food & drinks: Great bartenders, wonderful front desk staff. Overall great experience and vreakfast, happy hour, and after dinner drinks

I almost never leave reviews, but this place was so fantastic that I felt compelled to. Everything, from the care taken to decorate each floor / the hotel with local art and gems from the Boulder region, to the amazing service provided by the staff, was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
