It took my husband and I a long time to reconcile the difference between our taste in homes and our realistic budget. Luckily, Jim was very patient with us through this process and took us to see as many homes as we needed, helping us to navigate the pros and cons of each. As soon as we found our "perfect" home, Jim was able to list our current house and get it under contract immediately; unfortunately, that buyer got cold feet and terminated. Thankfully, Jim was able to quickly find another capable buyer who agreed to close quickly and provide free possession after closing for 10 days after the sale.

Jim is very professional and was extremely helpful in finding a home for my mother who was moving to CO from another state. He spent a great deal of time finding properties in her price range, showing me the properties while maintaining communication with her, and guiding her to make appropriate bids.In the end, Jim got her into a very nice short sale condo and was able to successfully navigate a complicated closing. Her property has appreciated significantly since she purchased two years ago.
