I have been a client of Schwenke and Associates for many years both as an individual tax reporter and as a member in numerous Limited Liability Companies. Oftentimes when Schwenke and Associates have prepared the necessary K-1 reports for the LLC's, difficult issues have surfaced that needed to be addressed. Upon occasion the IRS, State of Colorado, and State of California (my home state) have sent inquiry letters to me that Schwenke and Associates have always answered promptly and most professionally.
