We have used Solid plumbing for two houses now. They have been awesome to work with and very timely. Jason and Mike were awesome to work with. Very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

They capped a gas leak. They were fast, courteous and really good at what they do. I have used them for several jobs and I will continue to use them over and over again. I have used other plumbing companies in the past but these guys are the best in Durango!!!

I need to express my serious discontent with Solid Plumbing for selling the previous homeowner a water fueled furnace that they refuse to service. And, I'm guessing they knew we would have a hard time trying to get anyone to service this thing. We have been with intermittent hot water for about 9 months now. I am sick of bathing at the sink. This is also tied to our heat and the seasons are changing. This was happening last winter. We had to heat the house with wood and electric heaters. My husband has someone else who supposedly ordered the part a long time ago. I am about to learn how to fix this thing myself. Youtube, here I come!! Jackie from Solid Plumbing, poo on you for saying we were on the wait list when we weren't, then refusing to put us on the list when we waited two months and called back to see where we were on the list. I have used you as a vendor at several places where I have worked. I will spread the word about your poor service. FAR AND WIDE. Service: Water heater repair
