I had hair in the bed and and other hairs in the shower area. The floor was not swept there was a kind of some sort of energy drink in the refrigerator. As I checked in, it was not clean, staff was not sure how to deal with everything. Not impressed at all.
Rooms: The floor was not swept. Well, there were hairs in the bedding as well. As a lot of hairs in theat were not cleaned and the refrigerator. Add an open cand of energy Drin the door not very happy and satisfied.

I stayed at this property this week for the first time and was referred by a friend. They accommodated me and my service dog friendly service in every department make you feel right at home. A wonderful, setting great amenities I even bought the Dog package with all the treats. And the restaurant was sensational at their two nights in a row. It is definitely a hidden gem in Breckenridge Best restaurant Ive ever been to in all the years Ive been going there. Definitely will be back. Thank you for making a difficult time. Wonderful after losing my mother a couple couple weeks ago.

Loved our room and the hotel itself is very pretty. Would've loved help with our bags but overall great experience and would love to go back. Views from the deck are amazing.
Safety: Areas in and around can get icy, so wear appropriate footwear.
