        These reviews are here for a reason, consumer to consumer; this Hotel has deplorable service. Keep reading these bad reviews, and ACT upon them. Sheraton, shame on you - the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will be knocking at your door. Questioning me in the lobby in front of other guests about why I have a service dog.

        Covid policies were great. Room was clean and I felt safe the whole time. Outdoor pool open, hot tub closed. Fitness center open by appointment.
