Absolutely terrible customer service. Whenever I come in they always try to overcharge me a won't take coupons for their own restaurant.

It's currently 9:10 and you close at 10 pm. Why are you not here. Why is your store closed an hour earlier than what you say. That's not okay.

This subway is horrible. Here is why - 1. The store is under staffed the Management is not employing enough employees to run the store during the busier times. 2. The employees are not customer service oriented and are not friendly. 3. The employees have bad attitudes because they are short staffed that in turn is taken out on customers. 4. The employees do not take pride in being Sandwich Artists of Subway. They make sandwiches like little toddlers and are not appealing to eat after they are done. 5. The way they prepare the food is not up to standards; the bread is pulled from the proofed too soon and doesn't bake at the correct size to full fill a actual sandwich with everything on it. 6. They do not know how to close a sandwich and all the toppings are all over the place when customers go to eat their sandwich. If Subway really cared about customers they would train employees and hire proper people to run this store. Hire me to be your trainer.
