        Not sure who the manager on duty was on 1/7 around 5:15pm, but they should be ashamed of themselves. The blatant lack of customer service I witnessed was truly atrocious. There were 4-5 employees sitting behind cashwrap, on their phones, and a couple with their feet up. Not a single one of them bothered to say hi, or acknowledge me and my husband entering the store. As a store manager myself, I understand that it can get slow, and sometimes we slack off. However, whenever a customer enters the store, that person should be your number 1 priority.
