I've been seeing Dr. Krause since 2004. I was an emotional wreck, crying a lot, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD plus I did have some suicidal attempts. I took cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Now with the right medication and my coping skills I learned, I've been doing well. There is no shame in reaching out if you need a mental health check-up. Also NAMI is a mental health support group and they may be able to help you too.
