Caliber at Cornerstar

Isabel was very knowledgeable and welcoming! The apartment was a perfect match to the model we viewed and maintenance exceeded all expectations by completing our move in check list the same day. I highly recommend Isabel to anyone considering this apartment complex as her professionalism and attention to detail stand out.

I live on the second floor and currently theres very loud, disturbing construction outside my window that we didnt get a notice about. The apartment manager, Isabel, never gave us an email letting us know when it would be over. Been living here for over 3 years and its a lack of respect for tenants to not be notified about loud banging for hours outside my window. I work nights and have to come home and sleep during the day. This has been going on for weeks. I keep calling her and shes refusing to take my calls. Its getting really ridiculous. Theres wall debris and holes in my wall. Daisy as well as Isabel, werent apologetic about it either. Very rude on the phone.

They are allowing Ametra Simpson and Steve Simpson to have their 2 adult children Amanda Brannon and Loren Brannon and 2 grand kids live in their 2 bedroom apartment with 4 dogs. Edit review:. Upon further review, Ametra, Steve, Loren, Amanda the 2 grand kids and 4 dogs still live there. Writing the review for others to know that if they wanted to have the entire family living there apparently they could. Cheapest rent in town for a family of 6.

This review covers my experience with Caliber at Cornerstar (specifically with with Malhia, the Assistant Community Manager) from viewing to move in. I first contacted Caliber at about 4pm on a Saturday asking if there was time for a tour. Even though I hadnt properly scheduled anything, and left it quite late in the day, Malhia was very accommodating and said to come on over, and shed make sure we had a tour. When we arrived, we had a brief Q&A with Malhia. After the long and tedious process of apartment hunting, we welcomed her friendly, efficient and knowledgeable way of answering all our questions. She could precisely say what charges were included, what was not included (at a later point after the tour she emailed a quote with the very same charges, identical as per our conversation). The transparency was reassuring. Then the tour: We wanted to see a 3 bed, but there was none available unoccupied, except one in mid-renovation. So she kindly managed to sort out a quick tour of that one at no notice after checking the renovation crew were clear. The apartment was immaculate, new carpets and paint - and everything the pictures promised. (As a side note, these apartments are very generously sized - much bigger than equivalent 3 beds we'd be looking at in the area. Also the build quality and condition was also superior). From there we decided to begin the lease application process. Malhia was totally on the case from Day 1. She had all the lease paperwork ready, and was super flexible to make some minor adjustments we asked for, she responded to all emails in a very timely manner - never kept us dangling. And if anything, I held things up on my side (arranging renters insurance, completing the pet profile and getting my co-signer to sign). As I said before, everything in the contract aligned with the verbal conversation I had had with Malhia before the tour. Also Caliber were running a one month rebate on select apartments, and that is exactly what we got in the calculation of per month rent charges. No hidden charges or sudden unexplained charges appeared. Malhia also set us up with contacts for Xcel Energy and Century Link, so all services would be up an running from Day 1. Then the move in was equally smooth, Malhia accommodated some of our requests, provided a generous move-in gift, welcome pack of useful information and happily answered a bunch more questions from me. All in all, it was a pain free, quick (about a week from start to finish) and smooth process from initial viewing to move-in, all thanks to the great customer service from Malhia. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I cant recommend her highly enough. The apartment is everything we wanted and more, so 5 stars all round. Thank you Malhia!!
