I was fearful with some of the negative reviews. I should've trusted my gut. I called this lady on a Friday afternoon, yesterday, said I'm adopting a dog that we know needs to be groomed can you fit her in tomorrow?!? she looked at her schedule said yes bring her in at 11:30 she would fit her in. I show up at 11:20 the next day to drop off our new dog Lily. This woman is so disorganized can't find where she wrote anything down, remembers speaking to me but can't remember what she said. I told her what she said. She said well there's no way I can fit her in. She clearly doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend anyone take there dog here. If she cared she would be more organized. And when she knows she talked to someone even if she messed up be nice and try to resolve the situation don't shrug it off and act like you don't care. She doesn't love the dogs. She just takes the money and spends it. As you can clearly see it is the same in there it was 20 years ago.
