Everyone was super kind! The staff is very efficient and quick as well as very sanitary. I was really happy when Jose, went into depth and explained the options for my glasses. He definitely went above and beyond when it came to customer service :)

Dr. Lillian LaHoud is AMAZING! She is so dedicated to helping her patients achieve their maximum vision. I have been going to her for years and I am always so grateful that she takes her time to ensure I am comfortable with my prescription when I leave. I highly recommend Dr. Lillian LaHoud and Look Optical!

Is it me or is the medical field getting less compassionate about their patients? It just seems as though in the last decade that a lot of medical facility employees lack compassion and customer service skills when scheduling patient appointments. Very sad.

Inept business. Their website clearly says it takes walk-ins with a prescription for glasses. Their doors say appointment only. When I contacted them they said "We haven't updated our website with our COVID protocols." Sorry, your website should have been updated in 2019 not 14 months into the pandemic. If you are this lazy with keeping your public information up to date, I'm glad I didn't get any glasses from you. But thanks for wasting my lunch break to get glasses.

I love this store and I love the staff. My favorite is Tahimi. She is very helpful and her customer service is exceptional. I've been coming here for a few years already and I will never go anywhere else!! Strongly recommend them.
