Horrible time management/communication. I had my appt written down for 2pm and the receptionist called and confirmed a 2pm appt. I still was not called back by 2:30 and when I questioned this she told me my appt was at 2:15. This is the third year I have been year just because it is easier than finding a new doctor. But have had a horrible wait every single visit. In addition the response time/communication with the doctors assistant is never timely either.

Dr. Penrose is absolutely marvelous!!! Love her!! However, her office staff is very lacking -- especially in communication with prescription services. Disappointing. That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I absolutely love Dr. Penrose. She takes her time to evaluate and discuss everything that needs to be addressed. Sonja is amazing too and will drop everything she’s doing to help. Such a great team!

Big big shout-out for Sonja. My pharmacy screwed up filling a prescription mutiple times and led me to believe it wasn't their fault when it was. I unfortunately responded angrily towards Sonja when she did not deserve it. Not only did she promptly respond to the issue, she was incredibly kind still (despite me being the worst). She also made sure that I had my missing prescription in my hands within 30 minutes of our final phone contact, even when I was out of town. Dr. Penrose and Sonja are both awesome, I highly recommend!
