Health Images At Southlands

I had a CT scan scheduled in the afternoon on 9/10 (to help track who these individuals are). I called the number that was given, they screened me and I walked in. I was loudly told by the lady at the front to go back outside and call, I said that I did and was then made feel like I was lying. When they figured out that I was screened already they allowed me to come in and asked me to be seated. While I waited I listened to both ladies at the front discuss their long day and hoped no one would show up for their afternoon appointments. Someone had pulled up outside and one of the ladies exclaimed “just stay away people”. Writing this now while I wait for my scan. 0 stars for office staff, will give 3 stars for scan but plan to edit later if need be.

Awesome experience. Ladies were very helpful, and accommodating. Very clean office, my son was very comfortable, in and out! Staff very personable, and engaging. Thank you, I believe the lady at the front desk was Jane. She was very engaging, helpful, and super nice.

Great facility, great staff and easy to work with....been to many of their facilities and they are consistently Great.

Front desk and radiology staff are all very friendly, efficient and professional. Facility is clean and comfortable.
