i went to the walk in clinic for an ear infection about a month ago and saw Jennifer Orloff. She was short and rude with me. i did my best to be helpful and tell her what i used to take for ear infections and said, i quote, no one wants to hear about what you were prescribed as a kid and then prescribed me the medicine i told her about anyways. i only give two stars because that front desk and pharmacy are really kind and helpful. otherwise, my experience with this doctor was NOT professional and i felt that she didnt care about her patients.

I got charge an extra 75.00 for dental, I came in for my son's annual check. My son already had his dental check up and that's all I said to her, and I got charged. Forget about talking to their billing dept because they won't EVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

Two months ago, I booked an appointment for my son, and they provided me with a slot on January 16th, 2024, at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, they had to cancel my son's appointment. Upon reaching out to reschedule, they offered another appointment for next month. As someone who initially chose this clinic for our family, we now regret that decision. This is my second time providing feedback, but it seems like they are not attentive to reviews. How can a sick child wait for three months?
