I rate this business a 0! Don't take your pet here! I have never been this disappointed in a pet care facility. Yes, the cost was low...I found why.The office manger (older woman) was rude, used bullying behaviors, was controlling of the time I could visit. My pet was there long term due to selling a home & ending a relationship. When I tried to visit, I was told I could only stay 10 min "they were closing". (I was there 30 min before posted closing time.) I would rush from across town - teaching school all day, then told I had 10 minutes to visit! Once I came on a Sunday...no one was there at all! (Not following posted hours on their sign.) Another visit I was told I 'stayed 5 min too long last visit', so I was only 'allowed' stay 5 minutes. Punishing me, really? I wanted to reassure my pet she was still loved, cared for by seeing her as often as I could. Each visit was made more difficult, as if they did not want visitors. I began worrying that they would take their anger out on her if I came too often. If they treated their customers this way, how must they treat the pets? I can still hardly believe how uncaring & unprofessional they were. My pet made it through this, and is home now. However, I have tremendous guilt over having her there. She was a rescue animal, & experienced long term boarding...she was clearly so scared. Please avoid this kennel if you care for your precious pets. Tell others not to support these uncaring, unprofessional people. They will try to demean this review, but every word is true. * I learned after this experience another teacher took her dog there and when she picked her up, she had a broken leg. This kennel tried to say the dog broke her leg going out the door. Steer clear of this unsafe, uncaring facility.
