    I cant say enough about Larry H Miller collision. They were professional, courteous, understood my needs. Ive worked in car dealerships for many years and pride myself by taking care of my customers. I have a very high standard that is hard to live up to. Your staff did. Exceeded my expectations by far. Great job by the techs as well. Make sure you take care of your staff here. In this day and age its hard to find top quality people. You have them. Dont lose them.     UPDATE: Chris responded to this review and IS STILL TELLING ALLY THEY DONT HAVE THE JEEP. We saw the jeep at Larry H Miller a week ago. Unbelievable, Chris. Youre the most unprofessional human Ive ever worked with. My leased Jeep was in and out of the shop for a few months. I woke up one morning and it would not start, AGAIN. I called, made an appointment for the next day and had the vehicle towed in, as the woman in the service department told me I could do. She also told me I had an appointment but that they wouldn't be able to run diagnostics on it for 5 days. My lease was ending in a few months so I decided to pay off the lease in completion and just get a new car. Both my husband and I spoke with people from service and sales to make this happen. The final thing I heard from a guy in sales was, I'll have my finance guy call you within a week. Well, that call never came. We called a few times, left messages and kind of just assumed it was dealt with. We called back on more time last week after I spoke with the bank who financed my lease and was told the lease never ended and that the dealership needed to send the odometer reading. We had to leave yet another message that was ignored yet again Yesterday, I left a bad google review and within 20 minutes I had the bank calling me telling me Larry H Miller did not have the vehicle... for over an hour my husband and I were freaking out thinking we had a stolen vehicle situation. Called insurance, the towing company and filed a police report because we thought my vehicle was stolen. Once we had the exact time, address and date of drop off, we called the Larry H Miller service department, he walked "the line" and found the Jeep within 10 minutes. He called me, said the passenger side door was unlocked and the key is missing. They lost a $700 key fob. But I guess they also ALLEGEDLY lost a $55,000 jeep so it all tracks? He also told me there was no work order on the vehicle but I have a text message confirming the appointment. I seriously doubt Larry H Miller just didn't know a huge jeep wrangler was in their lot. This dealership is completely unprofessional. The few times I had my jeep in the shop for OVER A MONTH, basically brand new jeep, Rob in service BEGGED me for a 5 star review. They don't do loaner cars, they don't care about their loyal customers and they are liars.
