They are not understanding one so bit. They said they dont gotta contact you to let you know anything before they take. The manager is really unprofessional and needs to be replaced for someone worth talking to. In general they are really nothing but inconsiderate good for nothings

Terrible company of unethical slimebags. They constantly manipulate contracts and payment plans to further their profits and usually do so illegally and at great cost to the consumer. Wouldnt recommend, its only a matter of time till a victim of theirs has enough money to counter sue them into Non Existence. They prey on Veterans and low income families with zero empathy, compassion or common sense/courtesy. Hell has a space reserved each of their employees. Gave one star because zero wasnt an option.

The lack of professionalism is disturbing. I call today about a debt theyve sold to another creditor. This lady wanted to argue with me saying she doesnt need an explanation for why Im calling as if she reads minds . Beyond that I asked for the new creditor contact information where she then lies and says they cant provide before recanting and providing the information. They lack basic communication and education to help consumers effectively. Im just a young woman trying to pay a debt. Leave your attitude for someone that cares for it . I didnt.

Only know a few of the employees on the 3rd floor very polite and respectful I'm in and out every month. Organized and timely I always receive my receipt quickly by mail.
