Richard has been my insurance agent since I first started driving at 16 years old. I have been with him for 14 years now and will never leave. Richard and his office manager, Jodi, have always been very personable and responsive. They are very knowledgeable on the variety of coverages available for me and have done a great job explaining my options.

I absolutely love American Family Insurance! Rich and Jodi are nothing short of amazing and truly feel like family to me. I went through the horrible experience of having my car stolen, not once but twice at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021. Not only was Rich helpful in processing my claims and advocating for me with the claims department, be he called me several times throughout the process, just to check on me. He also recommended a great repair shop that made my car look new again.
They are always so fast and responsive, Jodi will process your request before the words are out of your mouth (or before you hit send). I've been so blessed to have had Rich as my agent for so many years and American Family truly does have exceptional rates and customer service across the board.
