Huge thanks to Farmers Insurance - Dennis Howell’s office. My car died in our garage and I left a voice mail around noon asking if we had roadside assistance.
Ora called back a very short time later, gave me the number to call, gave me my policy number and then asked if I would like her to set the whole thing up for me… Sure!
Ora set it up, called back a few minutes later and I was on my way within an hour.
Ora, again and again, surprises me with how she offers so much value. I appreciated her extra effort and Dennis Howell has a great team!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS!!!! Working with Dennis Howell's agency for my home owner's insurance was the WORST mistake I could have made!! They have made my first time homebuying experience a complete nightmare from the very beginning. To top it all off, I just found out today that they cancelled my homeowners insurance policy WEEKS AGO without notifying me at all!!! The only reason I found out was because my mortgage company sent me a letter stating they needed me to provide proof of homeowner's insurance! What if my home would have burned down??? Dennis Howell is a shyster and does not care about people at all, what a horrible representative of the household name "Farmers Insurance". He shoud be ashamed of his fraudulent practices! I have spoken with the insurance commissioner for the state of CO and am filing a formal complaint.
