We scheduled an appointment and no one ever came out at the time they said they would. They never called to say they needed to cancel or reschedule. They also gave us a timeframe of two hours so we basically sat around waiting for nothing. Poor service.

All-weather installed my furnace a few years ago and did a great job. Recently it wasn't working and a snowstorm was on its way so they promptly sent Dan L out to look at it. It only required a quick repair and Dan was very courteous and thorough in handling the issue. BIG NOTE---- this is no longer the company name. The new name is "Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating and Electric."

Horrible customer service. I took off work early so I could be at the house during the window when they told me a technician would be able to come diagnose my issue. I get a call right before the window saying "Oh, we have to reschedule you until tomorrow"... Where was the call hours ago? You don't deliver on your promise of having someone at my house when we agreed upon, and you expect me to use your business? I don't think so. Now it's too late in the day to have another company come check out my A/C, so it looks like another day or two without cooling.
