        Today is the fifth time in about 3 months where the person who is on the early shift just did not show up to open the gym at 5am. There are approximately five other cars waiting for the gym to open. Not only is this extremely inconvenient but Ive tried to contact someone regarding some sort of refund because of this and have received no reply.
