If I could give no stars I would. Started working with Seth over a month ago when the hail hit and he assured me he could help with my sunroom replacement. After 3 weeks of no responses via email, my husband finally called today and was hung up on... twice... would never recommend this company, I was warned against trusting them and I should have listened...

**DO NOT HIRE!** I hired this company to renovate the lower level of my home and repair some foundation work on the exterior of the property. The quality of the work was fine, but this contactor did not pay his sub-contractors and I ended up with a Mechanics lien on my property a few months after the work was completed. Seth Curry, the owner of this business, swore to me that he would resolve the problem, but then became unresponsive as he took time to dissolved the LLC (4th Dimension Concepts) that he uses to hire subs. So, I ended up paying TWICE for some of the work that was completed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR!! Some of these roof photos are my house. There was a raccoon in our attic. They did a fantastic job repairing the water and roof damage. I highly recommend them.
